While we were driving through the lovely countryside of Wales I started to take photos of road signs mostly, although there were a few other signs I snapped. In Wales, signs are in both Welsh and English...
An ambulance...the English word is obscured by the car behind.

Hi Maria, good sign-sighting. I love that long one "St Mary's Church by the white hazel pool etc" - what a ripper! I like to photograph signs too - never know what to do with them afterwards but you've done the sign-photographing-clan proud ;D)
I think it is good the signs are in English too! It is very intersting with the different language.
In the early 1980s the wales for the Welsh campaign had vandals? out at night spray painting out the English on the road signs. Made life rather interesting for a non Welsh speaking person travelling across North Wales and Anglesey to catch a ferry to Ireland without a decent map. Missed the ferry LOL
