Yes! I've finished the crib blanket that I started 2 1/2 weeks ago. The little blanket wouldn't 'cooperate' when I was trying to drape it over chairs to get a photo. Being so soft and 'drapey' it kept sliding down into a heap...so I draped it over DH, who was lying in n the lounge watching television...perfect! :-)
DH is a good looking, and cooperative, model for your lovely blanket!
ReplyDeleteLovely blanket. The colours look so soft.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Oh that is a beautiful blanket Maria..lucky DH didn't want to keep it..
ReplyDeleteHe looks very comfortable and the colors flatter him. He probably won't want to give it up for the baby!
ReplyDeleteLovely work, Maria.
Congrats on this gorgeous finish. DH looks very comfy. Perhaps you should make him one next! Thank you for linking with Wool on Sundays. I think with the new inlinkz badge you have to click on it to see the links so it does seem to have worked but I think the old version was better :)
ReplyDeleteGosh - 2.5 weeks - what a speedy knitter you are. I love the colours...so modern for a baby - a change from the pastels.
ReplyDeleteIt looks lovely and so nice to have such an agreeable model x
ReplyDeletea pretty blanket and maybe DH could get a part time job as a model
ReplyDeleteLol it's good to know they can come in handy sometimes. Lovely blanket
ReplyDeleteNice blanket. Don't you love it when stitching goes quickly with such great results.

Cute 'baby' you have there under that lovely blanket!
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job. The new owner will be pleased. Nice model too.
ReplyDeleteYour blanket looks great. I think cotton should be nice for a baby's blanket. Does it feel nice?
