I decided that sweet foods would be very popular, so I prepared some savoury items that were pink ish :-) Some philly cheese and smoked salmon bread rounds...and I also made up a platter with beetroot dip, salmon and avocado dip and some rolled up mild salami slices.
The centerpiece was the magnificent cake made by Maree...in the shape of the pink ribbon, the symbol of Breast Cancer...
Just one birthday girl this month, Cheryl. Here she is unwrapping all her fat quarters...
Some of the Show and Tell...
And the message on the whiteboard in the meeting room made us smile...
I worked on 3 projects...long hexies in Christmas fabrics...
Another lovely day out with friends!
I dressed in pink but the day turned out to be quite warm so hat and jacket were soon discarded :-)
It was a lovely pink day - loved the salmon - thanks Maria - one of my most favourite things to eat...
