From the balcony of our unit, we can see, in the distance, Point Cartwright with its modern-type lighthouse and water reservoir. Yesterday DH and I went for a drive over to Point Cartwright and went for a bit of a walk around...

The lighthouse replaced the one at Caloundra when all the building that had gone on, made the lighthouse not so visible. The area is set in some beautiful parklands...

The Sunshine Coast is a place I would like to visit one day especially now I have seen some of your photos. Looks like you are having a great time Maria catching up with family!
